Our client is a global retail organisation who are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Specialist to take responsibility for the execution of payroll services, policies, and programs in support of the Dutch payroll team.This role will report into the Payroll Manager (France & Benelux).Key responsibilities of the role include: * Ensuring correct processing of the monthly Payroll with the provider Cloudpay. * Perform required input in the Workday payroll system. * Managing the checking of monthly payroll. * Advise on employee benefits issues. * Salary & allowance Calculations. * Support in the preparation of various HR and payroll reports. * Administer and coordinate employee benefits and process interactions with the Netherlands authorities. * Supporting with the Belgium payroll as required.Experienced required: * Extensive knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation. * Dutch and English language skills - full professional proficiency. * Experience with wider EMEA payrolls such as Belgium is a "nice to have" but not essential. * Confident in coordinating with outsourced payroll providers. * Strong excel skills This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and highly successful business. Our client is a successful and quickly growing organisation who are seeking a collaborative and knowledgeable Payroll Manager to join their growing team.This role will report into the Finance Director and will work alongside another Payroll Manager to effectively manage the team and ongoing payroll projects. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: * Lead and develop the team * Oversee weekly and monthly processing of multiple UK payrolls * Ensure payroll information is submitted to 3rd party payroll provider and ensure accurate and timely processing * Continuous improvement and system implementation/project management * Play a key part in a major payroll project * Escalation points for queriesExperience required: * Experience in a similar role as a Payroll Manager * Excellent people management skills * Previous experience with payroll projects or system implementationsThis role offers 1 day per week working from home.
