Permanent £26,000 - £28,000 Per Annum

Currently seeking a client payroll associate for start to finish payroll for approx. 15 clients ranging from 1 - 400 employees. You will work on the payroll team and be the first point of contact for queries that require a greater level of payroll knowledge and understanding. Duties will include: * Experience of outsourced payroll in a bureau environment would be advantageous * Strong payroll knowledge * Advanced level Excel skills * Ability to work to tight deadlines and flexible in approach * Able to work under pressure in a high turnover environment and prioritise own workload * Good communicator with colleagues and clients This role offers hybrid working and will be office based 1 day a week in either the Reading, Milton Keynes or Oxford office. 970147CHINDPAYS

Due to business growth our client is looking for a new member of staff for their large payroll team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong customer service skills, then we could have a great opportunity for you. Key Tasks:Payroll - To support the Payroll Officer in preparing and processing payroll data accurately and within the deadlines specified, duties include: * Checking payroll data received for input * Updating salaries, overtime payments, monthly salary amendments * Calculating statutory and voluntary monthly payments such as PAYE and NIC to meet with legislation requirements * Calculating salaries * Issuing employees' payslips * Collaborating with the Peoples department to maintain employee data * Issuing HMRC forms and related documentation * Amending employee personal records when necessary * Process payments accurately and reconcile payroll general ledger codes * To support staff and departments with any enquiries that might arise in a timely and professional manner. * To organise and prioritise the workload to meet all deadlines set * Ensure all approved staff business expenses are processed and uploaded to the accounts system for payment and meet the internal financial policy requirements ie. authorisation, costs allocated as instructed by the departments managers and Finance and VAT receipts * To support and cover the other Payroll Administrator as and when required * Other hoc duties as required by the Payroll Officer and Financial Controller General: * To ensure adherence to Health and Safety legislation that affects the post holder * To ensure adherence to statutory Health and Safety and Data Protection Legislation at all times 970113FOINDPAYS

We have a role for a Payroll Assistant to start asap based in High Wycombe.We Need someone quite urgently who can ideally start ASAP - Temp to perm position.Work from home will be 2 days a week (usually Thursday and Friday).
