The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), the only Chartered Institute for payroll professionals in the UK, is pleased to announce that it has expanded its membership offering with the introduction of International Payroll Factcards, which was unveiled at the 28th Annual Payroll and Pensions Conference and Exhibition on 4th October at the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales.
With the growing number of CIPP members working for organisations that operate on a global scale, the Chartered Institute saw a need for a tool that explained specific tax rates and basic payroll information for particular countries.
Mr Lindsay Melvin, Chief Executive at the CIPP, said: “We were really excited to launch our International Payroll Factcards at this year’s Annual Payroll and Pensions Conference and Exhibition. We wanted to add more value to our offering and we believe that these new products will really benefit our members.
“These International Payroll Factcards will enable international payroll managers to easily access country-specific payroll and tax information via a straightforward online tool, which we hope will result in an improved service to their employees and clients.”
The inspiration behind the idea of International Payroll Factcards was to expand the CIPP’s repertoire of products and services to the increasing number of payroll professionals involved in processing payrolls for countries outside of the UK. This is the only product of its kind available and is very easy to access and use.
